The latest and not so greatest
Seems I've been away from Blogger for a couple of weeks now and I have to admit the last 4-5 weeks have really flown by. This despite the fact I'm not all that thrilled at work at the moment...more on that later.
Upon logging in this morning I see Blogger is really pushing it's new BETA version. Personally I think I will hold out as long as possible, give them a chance to work out all the bugs they haven't even found yet.
Ski season was scheduled to kick off this weekend in Stowe. Given the fact it's been in the 50's lately that won't happen. If it was colder, all the rain we've been getting would have produced a whole lot of snow! Instead, it looks like mud-season is here early.
Work. It came to me last week that my company is a perfect example of the "Peter Principle." If you aren't familiar with it, you can Google. Needless to say, we take dysfunction to a whole new level here. Do I stay and see if I can make a difference? Why not. What else am I going to do? I don't ski and there is no snow anyway.

PS - I think I will be in Media Thanksgiving weekend. Sligo's Friday night?

Chuck, lay low, assess the work situation, see who's vulnerable, put your ducks in a row, and then POUNCE! Hostile takeover, coup d'etet, or junta. From chaos comes order in the form of BEEBE ENTERPRISES! Exercise a coup de grace and show those backwoods country folk how a world travelled, forward thinking person (with a slight drinking problem and fondeness for hats) can put Vermont on the map!
Ethan Allen, John LeClair, Champy, they ain't shit. Wait'll they get a load of Beebamania running wild through their office blasting the Kinks, screaming "God is dead", and "from now on Friday's are optional clothes day" although in Vermont you're gambling a bit with that one.
Just let me know what kind start up is needed and we'll talk (we'll talk about how much fun it would be if I had any money to get in on the ground floor of BEEBE ENTERPRISES)

I am holding out on converting to the beta version also - if it's not broken, don't fix it.
I agree with Hari on the work situation. I am avaailable if you need an office manager.

I do have the Fresca at home on my kitchen counter. I'm not sure the UPS man is fast enough to get it there by 2:30 this afternoon? However, it should show up sometime next week, hopefully in time to enjoy it with your turkey. There is nothing I like more than washing down my turkey and mashed, with a Fresca.
Now, regarding your link. I have no problem adding you to my blog.
HOWEVER, I have very strict requirement's here at MofC blog. While I believe that you are very serious about your blog and in no way a "fly-by-night" blogger, until you have 5 blog articles posted in "Sophie's Mundo", I will be unable to add a link here at MofC. (MofCbylaw56$#848bb2)
